Who we are

The seller is SIA “3D Edgars”, Lāču iela 21, Jelgava, LV-3001, Latvia. We run the shop Blasters4Masters at blasters4masters.com. Email: [email protected].

Placing an order

• What you see in the shop is an invitation to order. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract begins, when we send you an order confirmation by email.
• Please give correct details, especially your delivery address, email and phone number.
• If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is not available, a price was shown by mistake, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund anything you paid.

Prices, tax and payment

• Prices are in the currency shown. Shipping is added at checkout, and you see the full total before you pay.
• If you order from the EU, the VAT of your country is added at checkout. Elsewhere we add no tax, and your country may charge import duty or tax on delivery. That is paid by you.
• You pay when you place the order, through the secure payment step. More in Secure payment.

Making and delivery

• Most items are made by hand after you order. The processing time on each product page is our best estimate, and it can take longer when we are busy. Delivery time is separate and depends on the carrier and your country.
• Details on shipping, processing time and customs are in Shipping and returns.
• The item becomes yours, and the risk of loss passes to you, when it is delivered to you.

Cancelling, returns and faults

• You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. Returns, refunds, store credit, pre-orders, custom orders and damaged or faulty items are all explained in Shipping and returns. That page is part of these terms.
• If you live in the EU or the UK, you keep the legal right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery, and your legal rights for faulty goods. Nothing in these terms takes them away.

Custom orders and commissions

• A custom order is made to your own request, such as a special paint job, a name, a changed size, a commission or a custom 3D model.
• We agree the details and price with you in writing first. You pay in full up front, and once we start, the order is final. We always fix faults.
• Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we keep the rights to the designs and files we create for you, and you get the finished item or the file you paid for.

About our products

• Our props are handmade display and costume pieces. They are not toys and not real weapons.
• You are responsible for knowing the rules about owning, carrying and importing replica items where you live. Never use a prop to threaten anyone.
• Our items are fan-made. They are not officially licensed or approved by the owners of the games, films and shows that inspire them. Names, characters and trademarks belong to their owners. If you are a rights holder with a concern, please write to us and we will answer promptly.

Our responsibility

• Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.
• Apart from that, and as far as the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it.
• If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not reduced by this section.

Law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the law of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
• Please write to us first. Most problems are solved quickly that way.
