How payment works
- The payment step is on this shop, after shipping. The methods available for your order are shown there.
- You see the final total, with shipping and any VAT, before you press the button to pay.
- Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (often called 3-D Secure). This is normal and helps protect you.
How your details are protected
- You type your card or wallet details into secure fields run by our payment provider. They do not pass through our servers, and we do not store them.
- We only receive the result of the payment (paid or not), a payment reference, and what we need to deal with refunds.
- Everything between your browser and the shop is encrypted.
If something goes wrong
- If a payment fails, no order is placed and you can try again or pick another method.
- Refunds go back to the way you paid. How long they take to show up depends on your bank.
- Not sure about a charge on your statement? Write to us with your order number and we will check.
