How pre-orders work
A pre-order is a prop we create from scratch. We model it, engineer it, and build it after the first order lands in the queue. The wait is long, and it is hard to promise a date, because the work starts from nothing.
We make these in batches. If someone ordered the same piece earlier, your order can move faster. If you are first, you are the one who starts the queue.
Have a deadline? Write to us before you order. Some pre-orders take much longer than the badge suggests.
You are trusting us to match the piece as it looks in that world. Each week we publish new props here and on social media. Those posts are the pre-orders and customs we have finished, so you can see the pace.
The price is usually higher once the pre-order ends. The early price helps us cover the cost of making something new.
