Bonesaw - Team Fortress 2

"Prepare for your procedure." Bring surgical precision and chaotic energy to your loadout with this handcrafted Bonesaw prop replica, inspired by the melee weapon wielded by the Team Fortress 2 Medic. Whether you’re running Übercharges with your favorite Heavy or charging into the fray in true mad-doctor fashion, this display-ready prop is a must-have for TF2 fans and collectors.

The Bonesaw is a staple in the Medic’s arsenal—practical, brutal, and unmistakably TF2 in its chunky cartoonish proportions. This full-scale replica captures every detail of the in-game model, including the oversized serrated blade, riveted spine, industrial handle grip, and exaggerated proportions that make it both menacing and comical.

Crafted from solid plastic with a stiff, durable structure, this prop is a static replica—no moving parts, no sharp edges, and 100% con-safe. It’s built to withstand display and cosplay use while remaining lightweight and manageable for photoshoots or on-stage appearances.

Each Bonesaw replica is handcrafted and handpainted by our artists, featuring TF2’s signature stylized finish.

Whether you're going full Medic, building a cosplay ensemble, or just want an iconic piece of Team Fortress 2 history, the Bonesaw prop replica delivers with both style and precision—no healing license required.
